NON- DIETING APPROACH

Hi, my name is Angelina and I’m a Registered Dietitian. Let's work together to discover a healthy version of you and make eating easy again.

Our sessions will focus on empowering you with skills and knowledge to make sustainable lifestyle changes that feel natural.

My approach in counselling is not prescriptive, but rather flexible, non-dieting and go with flow type of eating. I believe in maintaining a healthy relationship with food and instilling body positivity.

  EXPERIENCES  

Since practicing, my clinical experiences include working in:

  • Hospitals: acute medicine, surgical, stroke units

  • Home care: complex conditions, neurological disorders

  • Clinic settings: diabetes, high cholesterol and digestive conditions

Besides direct patient care I have also worked as a UBC Clinical Instructor, where I not only provide mentorship to dietetics students, but also contribute to the UBC Dietetics Major admissions process.

  • Monash University- 'Low FODMAP Diet for IBS' Training
